Top 9 Allergen Tracker

Track each allergen introduction for your baby

SowAndSpoon

The 3-day rule

When introducing a new allergen, offer it in a small amount and wait 3 days before introducing another new food. This makes it easier to identify the source of any reaction. Offer the allergen at least 3 times during those 3 days. Introduce allergens early (from 6 months) and often.

What to watch for

Hives, swelling (lips, face, eyes), vomiting, or diarrhea. For severe reactions (difficulty breathing, swelling of the tongue/throat, sudden lethargy), call emergency services immediately.
